The people are missing. The work isn't.
The severe shortage of floor workers and skilled staff weighs on the team you have, and every day turns into a race after the urgent.
Skitali combines years of running plants with expertise in software and AI, and builds solutions tailored to your plant, with immediate results on the floor. Technology that works for you.
AI connected to the floor
The severe shortage of floor workers and skilled staff weighs on the team you have, and every day turns into a race after the urgent.
You've tried systems that made the plant change for them, instead of fitting the work on the floor.
Data is scattered across spreadsheets, systems and people, and critical knowledge often stays with a few employees, with no single picture for decisions.
Production planning
We build the plan from orders, stock and the plant's constraints, and update it as work gets done and things change: less time planning and replanning, better use of the machines, and deliveries on time.
In the demo: the AI spots a job that may run late, a machine that went down and a rush order, fixes them, asks for approval only where other orders must move, and every order stays on time.
1 of 6Production reporting
We make reporting on the floor simple and bring progress, work times and deviations together: an up-to-date picture and a fast response.
In the demo: an operator scans the QR on the work card, taps once to mark a step done, and the report shows on the manager's board at once, alongside reports from others.
2 of 6Costing and quotes
We bring your know-how and past jobs together and streamline how quotes are prepared: pricing that is fast, consistent and better grounded.
In the demo: the AI scans the project's engineering file, reads past quotes, subcontractor prices, raw materials and production reports, shows a price breakdown and a final price, and the quote is ready to send once you approve it.
3 of 6Purchasing and inventory
We track orders, deliveries and stock in one place and flag shortages and delays: less manual work and fewer surprises on the line.
In the demo: the AI reads the customer order queue and the production plan, sends purchase orders and logs them in a tracking sheet, reminds suppliers and updates the sheet, and passes only the order whose delay puts production at risk to the buyer.
4 of 6Engineering and quality
We read and analyze drawings, extract requirements and dimensions, and help prepare technical and quality documents: less time spent preparing and typing.
In the demo: the AI scans a CNC plan, adds measures and notes to it, prepares a quality checklist, and passes to the engineer for approval only what needs their attention.
5 of 6Management information
We connect the plant's data and let you get answers in plain language: to spot gaps, understand performance and make decisions on data.
In the demo: four plain questions about output, sales, production times and stock each get an answer from the AI in the chart that fits: bars, a line, a pie and batteries with the stock forecast.
6 of 6How it works
Good AI is built on accurate data. So it pulls yours from the ERP, email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets, and nobody retypes a thing.
Your ERP records what happened. The AI acts on it: it moves jobs, tells the right people and explains every step.
The AI takes the drudge work off your hands. The decisions that matter stay with you.
The decision reaches your phone with all you need to know. One tap and it's handled. Minutes of training, not a course.

Technology and product
Extensive experience as a VP of Product in high-tech, including leading products that serve millions of users a day and shape decision-making at the world's largest companies.
Experience running plants and leading product at global companies, joined to an understanding of your business. We plan the process with you, and build software and AI that create value in everyday work.
The process
We start with one focused process with clear room to improve and save. We learn it in depth, build a solution to fit, and stay with the team until it is in real use.
We meet the managers and the people on the floor, understand the process and what gets in the way, and agree together on what to improve and how we'll measure success.
We turn the need into a workflow and into software and AI, with a simple interface made for the people who will use it.
We try it with the team on real work, take their feedback, and fit the solution to how the plant really runs.
We train the users, clear what gets in the way, and support the daily work until the solution is part of everyday routine.
And this is only the start
You pay once the system works, and improvements are included. And it all happens fast.
You start paying once the first version is built and the system is running at your plant.
Everyone who needs to work with the system can use it, with no per-user pricing.
We keep refining and improving the interface as part of the solution, with no separate charge for development hours on each improvement.
The system keeps updating and advancing with the technology.
Monthly meetings for feedback and sharpening needs, alongside ongoing support for day-to-day work.
No cost, no commitment.
Grants
Members of the Manufacturers' Association of Israel and the Mutual Fund may be eligible for a grant covering consulting and specification, development and implementation, employee training and running a pilot.
For Skitali's solutions, you can receive a 50% contribution, up to ₪50,000 per calendar year, subject to the fund's terms and the application's approval.
Questions
Yes. We build on top of the systems already running at your plant, without replacing them. On the projects we've delivered we connected to Priority, to WMS and MES systems, and to spreadsheets and email too.
The routine runs on its own, and every exception goes to a person for approval, within limits you set in advance.
A quote once we've learned the process and set the goal. You pay only once the system runs at your plant, and part of the cost may come from a grant.
Training on our projects took between 8 minutes and one day.
A first working tool within days to weeks.
An intro call
No spec, deck or requirements document needed. Four short questions, then pick a time.
